  Tim Church, Nick Cobley, Joe Dean, Rich Lutkin, Jack paterson and Andy Walker
  formed O.S. in 2005. In their 5 years together they have toured endlessly
  around the UK and Europe, recorded 4 EP's,played some huge shows including
  'Taste of Chaos' with As I Lay Dying, Story Of The Year and Atreyu.

  Earlier this year the band won the KitKat National Battle Of The Bands, judged

  Heart In Hand are a melodic hardcore band from the south coast of the United
  Kingdom, mixing furious hardcore with crushing breakdowns and emotional
  lyrical content,

  Having formed in late 2008 Heart In Hand have achieved so much in such a short
  space of time, all the hard work and determination have paid off, supporting
  heavyweight bands such as For The Fallen Dreams, Dead Swans, Carpathian and
  Gallows to name a few, also they have toured with top UK bands such as TRC,
  Lower Than Atlantis and have also smashed a full month long UK and European
  tour with US Melodic Hardcore Legends It Prevails. Ian Fike of It Prevails
  also Features on the debut album ôOnly Memoriesö on a track called ôGhostsö.

  The debut demo ôLoyaltyö hit over 1000 plays within an hour when it first
  dropped on the bands Myspace in late 2008 causing quite a stir in the
  underground UK scene. Early 2009 Heart In Hand self released a six track debut
  EP ôHeart In Handö along with this a growing merchandise line which has become
  very popular throughout the world, with regular new designs being added to the
  range.

  In 2010 Heart In Hand teamed up with SGR artist management, and began a
  campaign to take Heart In Hand to the next level. After 2010 summer tour Heart
  In Hand took a three month break and finished work on their debut album ôOnly
  Memoriesö This was recorded in January 2011 with producer Andy Hayball who has
  worked with the likes of Slipknot and Bring Me The Horizon.

  February 2011 saw Heart In Hand sign to Siege Of Amida Records (S.O.A.R.) who
  are set to release ôOnly Memoriesö on May 23rd 2011.

   Rise Records has its first touchdown of 2011 with My Devil In Your Eyes, and
   who better to bring the 7 points to the board other than strong rookie season
   holders MY COLOR MORALE. The group is one of the finer examples of original
   heavy music coming out the Rise roster, never do you find it a chore to
   discern one track from the next as you trench through 36 minutes of the
   massive rhythms and riffs (an ability few current post hardcore/metalcore
   acts possess).  Check out the opening salvo of tracks like ôHuman(s)Beingö
   with its breakneck double kick backing notey taped out lines, and you can
   rest assured you find the same amount of time and energy poured into a latter
   half track like ôThe Lost Song Is Yoursö where vocalist Garret Rapp really
   lets loose in the range department. I like to imagine that in a perfect world
   TCM would garner as much praise for their efforts as drama junkies like
   EMAROSA or DANCE GAVIN DANCE seem to fall ass backwards into. If you are
   trynaÆ get brootal dood, then go grab a copy of My Devil In Your Eyes, and
   bring the band some pizza when they roll through your town to show some love
   for a truly underrated player of your scene.

In March, 2009, a Cincinnati-based group of musicians set out with a goal in

mind. This sextet, known as I Am The Messenger, wanted to create hardcore

music but also wanted to push that styleÆs limitations. Along the way, they

have sought to develop a live show that combines the bandÆs natural energy

with crowd participation to make I Am The MessengerÆs performance unlike any

other. Last û but not least û the members of the band wanted to utilize a

positive message in their lyrics to encourage the audience to become the

change they want to see in the world.

The members of I Am The Messenger have varied musical backgrounds and

influences. As as result, their sound shows a great deal of diversity and

range. The listener will experience moments of driving, hardcore rhythms

flavored with highly technical and intricately pieced-together instrumentals

reflecting some of their metal roots. Their aggressive style is tempered by

soaring vocal harmonies and upbeat keyboard melodies that demonstrate I Am

The MessengerÆs pop sensibility.

Since forming, I Am The Messenger has been hard at work promoting their

music. They perform live shows regularly; they have performed on the indie

stage at Ichthus and on the Encore 2 stage at the Cornerstone Music Festival,

along with countless acts such as Miss May I, Gwen Stacy, LetÆs Get It, A

Plea For Purging, Thursday, Dillinger Escape Plan, Four Letter Lie, I Am

Ghost, Haste The Day, The Bled, and countless others. The release show for I

Am The MessengerÆs five-song debut EP ôRobotsö brought well over 1,000 people

to Madison Theater in Covington, Kentucky. ôRobotsö is currently available on

iTunes and Amazon Music. I Am The Messenger is currently working towards

recording their first full-length album and further building their fan base

in the Greater Cincinnati area.
